The gathering information and information presentation skills you acquire is not just for a presentation. As you would have realised, your selection of what to present can be applied to other areas like speeches and marketing of products. ReplyDeleteThis project made me have more interest in English. As presenting my own slides is really interesting and fun too, it's just like being a teacher for a day to present your own slides.
Using the rubric provided, i've identify that my strengths are speaking out loud and liking to present slides. And my weakness are just having too much words in each slide, for description or introduction. Now i know what's my weaknesses, i've realised that each slide for description, introduction or any other sides, must not be more than 30 words. So it'll turn out nicer.

ReplyDeletea) I have learn to be more open minded in terms of finding more interesting and more fun ways of understandiong the subjects I learn . I also have learn how to find real facts or a topics example , people , foods , countries . I have also gain new facts . <3
b) The strengths i have in my presentation is that I have found strong history of a person and , my weaknesses is that i include some irrelevant biodata of the particular person . i can improve by sorting out the relevant and the irrelevant data , i must have read twice to understand the passage so that other people will understand what i am saying or writing without reading twice <3

B)I could have improved my presentation if I had putten more photos and words but seperating them in different slides.My weakness is I cannot put more photos in one slide as I thought that it will be too much.I must improve my presentation......Bye <3

I have a great time doing this project and is a fun way to learn about Olympics. I want to have this kind of lesson again.
b)My strength towards this project is I know how to search at those website quickly and i think i have the confident to present it to the whole class. And my weaknesses is I sometimes cannot make it on time to finish the work. But overall i really want to have this kind of lessons again.

ReplyDeletea)The activity change my atitude for learning by coming to the computer lab 1 in the school and do the project on the olympics and the project,research,groupwork and the usage of the computer in the computer lab has made the lesson more fun and interesting for learning.
b)My strengths are that i am able to find good pictures and infomation on the famous matches,history of the game,famous players and the recent matches.My weakness is that i cannot really find good videos on the topic given to us.

b)My strengths are focusing on positive things so that we can learn more . While my weakness are sometime i couldnt complete the work on time and become panic. I could improve this presentation by access the internet to research . I also have the confident to presnt it to the class.

ReplyDelete(A)This project let me learn that we have learn about some players in basketball and also it improves my english because all the gudies I learn is really improving my english.
(B)Given the rubrics provided, I learn to know some of the Basketball players. I doesn't watch Olympis yet I know some of the players just by this project today. I have to becareful with what I wrote inside the presentation so that people can understand what I wrote inside the presentation. Other wise it will be a total messed-up on my presentation.

ReplyDelete(1-it has changed my attitude by doing lots of reseach and teamwork but it is quite tiring because there is lots of thing about sports.i feel this lesson is fun because we get to use the computer ,not like other class.

b) My strenghts is that I've found real facts from real articles froma particular person which made my presentation more realistic.My weaknesses is that I have use my own words which I am afraid that I might change the meaning or the story of the articles.I should have just copy paste and put credits so that people know where I get the articles or information from.

Therefore, i know lot of things about London Olympics 2012, such as the mascots [Wenlock & Madeville], the sports, events, history and so on.. This project is useful to me as it will help me in my future tasks and endeavours. It is also interesting.
(b)After the project, i am able to identify what are my strengths & weaknesses towards this project. And I've thought of a way to improve it. My strengths are making the powerpoint interesting by stating some cool facts about Olympics 2012, and its sports, history and famous players. But within that strength, I've figured out my weakness and that is being on tasks on the wrong time, if you know what I mean. My ways to improve it are listening to Miss Vincent about the timing to start & finish, and also getting this bad habit of me by listening well and do what I was told. Yeah, so I think thats all for my reflections. Thank you for reading all the way here!

ReplyDelete[A] This project made me realize that english isn't so boring at all. Its fun actually. Cause all the english classes i've been to was all boring. literally. I love making powerpoint slides and going to the computer lab too. I love to have one these projects in the future. :)
[B] I guess.... my strength is prensenting out loud to the class. heh. and my weakness is...... doing things fast. My group's powerpoint is still undone. Maybe I can improve by focusing on my work and stop chit chatting. :)

a) it helped me to discover something new about the basketball players... i learnt about olympics which would will help me in future when i am watching olympics and help me to discover people easily...so i really enjoyed the 2 days miss vincent...and the way you make the class more intersting was so fun.... the grouping was done by our own and i like it so much that i can do my work with no problems...and it changed my attitude as i learnt how to be passionate and loyal like them when they are playing...in everything i learnt one thing that people doing something that they wish or love it will succeed than forcing themselves to do....

b)i could somehow do it. it was so fun to be with the teamates as they were useful for me.even though i could not get lots of information, i can get useful information about the basketball. even though we couldn't finish it we can get informations. i wish there is another lesson like tis again as it wasw so fun!
